First order of business: find some ball-handlers & shooters.

Lets think about that George Hill trade for a second.

Lets say they keep Kawhi Leonard and he develops into the player he is today.

They keep Collison and Augustine, which means no Mahinmi.

I like that team better.

George and Leonard defensively on the perimeter is about as scary as it can get for Miami and any team for that matter.

Good for them, this current roster is in large part thanks to him, from Hibbert to Hansborough.

Desperately need a PG, if not just a more cautious ball handler and one more consistent player on that bench. I like Hill but at times the offense looked confused in the Miami series, even in the NY when he was offensively hot, he had some terrible TO's.

Hopefully he makes it harder for the heat to compete.

He needs to tell the team they were playing S-O-F-T in a crucial game...again.

Good thing to because when Bird left, the first thing the FO did was sign DJ Augustine
