Hope Alexa is the best by far though of all his baby mamas.

MDA is an offensive genius. I hope he sticks to his guns and keeps doing what he does best: Run and Gun. That's the only way to coach.

I hope child support doesn't kill him and leave him broke after his career like Shawn Kemp.

Dwight would probly be an awesome dad, though. Him and Shaq would probably be the two funnest dads to have hahaa

Why is this guy doing this to himself? Take a look over at Holyfield, he made about $250 million in his career and lost it all to baby momma's.  Please Dwight, whether you're going to be a Laker or not get a vasectomy for now and then get it reversed when you're ready for a family.  Just my 2 cents since most these kids will grow up without him in their life.

The sad part is, people on the Internet will probably say nasty things about his kids if he leaves. Its sad what the Internet has done to my generation.

You mean like the death threats sent to Steve Blake's wife cause Blake missed a jump shot despite the fact she's one of the nicest people on the planet?

yeah it is a shame sometimes.

When a child is born it's not a time to talk bad about someone, and it's a girl he's in a relationship with, so regardless of how many baby mamas he may have, this one didn't show out of nowhere like the Maury show, it's someone he's together with, so they have a child together it's the happiest moment bringing a child into the world healthy.  I'm happy for the both of them.  And I hope to be happy when my girlfriend(by then my wife) experiences the same thing.

'Congrats' I would figure would be the first thing said... but ...

I guess people are on edge cause he hasn't made a decision but c'mon...

Kobe said it best

"Now's not the time."

+1

When he first came in the league, there was discussion/rumor that he wanted to wear a cross on his jersey to promote his faith/beliefs.  Shortly after entering the league, one of the Magic dancers gave birth to his first child.

I still remember his grandmother saying something like, "they are very good friends".

Lol the thing is, it wouldnt be a huge deal if it wasnt for his 1st impression when he got drafted.  Some of you guys may be too young to remember or just weren't paying attn.  Dwight was somewhat of Tebow type when he first got started.  At one point I remember him saying he wanted to replace the NBA logo with a cross.  A lot of it died down once he started to become a great player and get a lot of fame.  I'm down for guys to be private with their lives but Dwight has taken measures to hide the fact that he has kids from the public.  Even trying to use the legal system to take down a story about it once (allegedly, I dont wanna get sued).

When Orlando drafted him, I remember reading about his beliefs. I guess the limelight changed him. And are people, especially basketball players,  really leaning nothing from Magic by going raw?
