I have to digest it but, Kanye is brilliant sonically and that's the MAIN thing in any music.

I don't dislike it. New Slaves is powerful.

It's fairly obvious he's been distracted a bit by Kim Kardashian, the upcoming baby, and his mistress.

Outside of Bound 2 and Send it Up these beats are garbage including the RZA track.

LOL he's been acting like a little girl since after Late Registration.

I might give this album a listen but I probably won't. I haven't liked much of his music after Graduation. Too much pretentious fashionista babble and even his beats aren't as good.

I liked 2 or 3 songs, the rest were w.e.

I've only had 1 full listen. I keep replaying "Black Skinhead". That's my favorite one.

Kanye spits real stuff on these tracks too bad the beats take away from that. The majority of his verses are tight, its just I dont like the production of this thing at all. People are fronting on here saying Kanye hasnt been nice since registration, MBDTF was probably the best album of the decade right next to black album. Old Kanye is certainly different than new Kanye, but either way he is one of the hottest out, if not thee hottest.

All I want for Christmas is a Laker girl :D

Did he reference his Kardashian or upcoming baby at all in any way in any song?

This album is a piece of [expletive]. Only 3-4 half-decent tracks, but all that experimentation and auto-tune made this one giant piece of garbage. Blood on the Leaves could have been one of Kanye's best tracks if he stayed away from auto-tune.

I hate how magazine reviews and stuff are giving this such praise for being "edgy" and "pushing the boundaries" while ignoring the fact that this isn't an album at all. It's just Kanye experimenting with a bunch of crap and slapping it onto one album. Horrible.

It's not only that, I've seen people talking up this album everywhere like it's actually something amazing. Before I DLed the leak and checked it out, I had a bunch of friends on FB posting statuses and stuff about Yeezus and I was kind of excited. Then I listened to it. And it was beyond terrible.

I hate that so many people + media outlets and getting right behind this album and praising it as art just because Kanye put it out. If it were anyone else, this [expletive] would not get any play or recognition. Because it is straight trash.

people appreciate that he pushes the envelope and he is creating his own sub genre.

trash is strong. Its okay, and has a "may be ahead of its time" feel to it.

He isn't creating anything, this kind of experimentation has been here for a long while now. Lupe did the same thing like 2 years ago on a mixtape, and it was much better than this. 3 or 4 alright tracks out of 10, production all over the place, and top if off with unnecessary auto-tune and his laziest lyricism to date. The standards should be higher for something that so many media outlets are calling a "classic" album.

I've already deleted it off my computer, never gonna bother listening to it again. Kind of sad, because I actually like Kanye's music and he's capable of so much more than this half-assed bundle of crap.
