I know this guy's sorta responsible for a lot of the problems and drama that have come his way, but seeing this right here, I couldn't help but feel bad for the guy. Clearly there was some abuse of power here in my opinion. So messed up. In hindsight obviously he shouldn't have done it all, but it was completely innocent and plus how is he supposed to control the way the others around react? That's what made it worse to the judge in my opinion and it's just a tad unfair all around.

Sucks even more cause I just saw him on ESPN's "First Take" a few days ago with Stephen A. Smith & Skip Bayless pleading his case that he was a changed man and he was just gonna' get through this real quick begging teams to give him a chance again, but now yet another (somewhat unexepected considering the circumstance) setback.

Kind of a dumb move considering the circumstances but I want to know what law he broke by doing it.

judge said he made everybody laugh and not taking it seriously

but i dont think it was his intention

i think the judge think highly of her powerful self and laughing in her courtroom belittles her a lil bit as a judge

^ Even Ralph Lawler would have to say bingo on that. Couldn't agree more. Just a classic case of abuse of power. Sickening.

Murderers and drug dealers continue to roam the streets while this guy heads to the slammer for slapping someone on the "backside"
