Lol. Milwaukee, what a mess. Looks like J-Kidd wants a shot at Jabari as well. Mentor him properly. Teach him how to be a pro.

Jason kidd is acting like a spoiled brat. The guy gets a head coaching job with 0 experience as a coach, then coaches a team with the highest bankroll in the league to a 44-38 in the EAST!!! Im gonna laugh if he actually leaves to the bucks. Gonna be fun watching him try and coach a team who doesn't have a unlimited bankroll.

In pursuing exit to Milwaukee, source tells Yahoo of Jason Kidd's ambitions: "He wants the Doc and Pop role (there). Running everything."

Source: Kidd isn't pursuing Bucks coaching job. He wants to be president of basketball ops.

DEVELOPING: The Bucks have offered Nets coach Jason Kidd the head coaching and President of Basketball operations job. You're kidding.

No one will confirm this but I was told Kidd has been offered job as Bucks president.

The Milwaukee Bucks have offered Jason Kidd the President of Basketball Operations job. Wow, this is getting insane.

Damn..Jason Kidd just got that offer he wanted in Milwaukee.

More that inspired Kidd power play -- Steve Kerr, Derek Fisher hired at higher pay grade. "That got him -- especially Fisher," source said.

Bucks officials under this belief, sources tell Yahoo: Kidd wants Phil Jackson-like president's role with Bucks - perhaps without coaching.

This way, Kidd could come into the franchise and make changes as he sees fit -- which may or may not include him on bench. What. A. League.

Even Woj himself is flabbergasted lol.

Jason Kidd has deep personal and professional ties with new Bucks owner Marc Lasry, and hiring him to run franchise is a real consideration.

ESPN sources say Bucks and Nets have already begun discussing potential compensation to free Kidd from last three years of Brooklyn contract

Compensation discussions don't guarantee Kidd is sure to leave Nets but at least one source believes we'll know one way or another by Monday

I'm guessing they have a Doc Rivers' like trade.

Didn't the Nets just retire Kidd's jersey recently? I expected more class out of him. At least wait things out a little longer, but one year? Goodness.

lol yup, so far everyone is calling him a rat. lol

One name to keep an eye on if Nets/Kidd split: Mark Jackson. Brooklyn native has a good relationship with GM Billy King.

As for U-Turn back to Nets? Likely too late. "Russians are done with Kidd," one source tells Yahoo. Belief is that King is more forgiving.

lol..

Phil getting that job in New York opened the floodgates. Now EVERY coach wants that position.

Lakers knew what they were doing by not allowing all that power to go to one person, and now that New York decided to do it every coach is gonna want it.   *sigh*

That's the problem with the NBA in these days. Coaches want to have full power and control everything. Sure, it might be a good thing now but in the long run it will definitely come back to haunt them.

Depends on the situation. Riley and Phil are qualified.

Jason Kidd?

Realistic compensation for Bucks to deliver Nets: "Bunch of second-round picks," one source says. No doubt Nets pursuing a first-rounder.

And hey! In other news J Kidd gets DWI's and threatens and harms his women when he's not overestimating his value.

Praying for 1. Kobe's Health (looks pretty good so far), 2. High Draft Pick (Randle...injured game #1.*sigh*) 3. Miracle Trade (Not yet), 4. Quality Free Agent (Boozer, kind of, Davis, nice upside!), 5. Brilliant Coaching Hire (Byron!...but the jury is out)
