Being an Allstar starts with who his trainer is, how much he trains and if he can stay focused on doing the little things.

He's an all-world athlete.  He has the physical tools to become an AllStar but so does 70% of the NBA...

My advice to him:

Work on conditioning.

Work on his J.  3pter and mid-range.

Work on his handles.

Spend morning, noon and night with a personal trainer like Phil Handy to MASTER footwork and angles.

The difference in a role player and an AllStar is sometimes just desire and hard work...

Is it likely?  Not...possible?  Yes.

He's not on any team right now if I'm not mistaken. Knicks even let him go. Would you want to bring him back?

For min I would. Never had a good coach to really develop him.

He's still only 26 with great size at 6'10 and solid athleticism.

Honestly, we have to fill out the roster with players at every position. I could see him being one of them for the right price.

Mitch has really got another offseason from hell to figure out.

Praying for 1. Kobe's Health (Nope, another season ending injury), 2. High Draft Pick (Randle...season ending injury game #1.*sigh*) 3. Miracle Trade (Not yet, but Black looks nice), 4. Quality Free Agent (Boozer, kind of, Davis, nice upside!), 5. Brilliant Coaching Hire (Byron coaching to tank and injure)

Season summary...awful and unwatchable.

He worked inside of D'antoni's system and we knew how to maximize what he could do.  Obviously Mike Brown nor Woodson did.   Now he's unemployed but he got that contract didn't he.  A word to the wise when you play your best basketball as a Laker.  Perhaps it's the organization ;)

"Bryant had come to rage against the idea that Howard's clownish disposition could overtake the locker room, the Lakers' culture, and had warned Howard that he would never, ever let it happen."
