I really want to see just one of the Heat players flop against the Spurs.

Miami beat SA 2-0 this regular season. The encounters were weird though since their Big 3s never were face to face.

Miami is #1 in offensive efficiency, #4 in defensive efficiency in these playoffs (vs Bucks, Chicago, Pacers).

Spurs are #1 in defensive efficiency, #2 in offensive efficiency (vs Lakers, Warriors, Grizzlies).

The thing that strikes me is that Miami is only #4 in defensive efficiency when going against pretty bad offensive teams. In regular season, offensive efficiency for Pacers, Bucks, and Bulls is #19, #21, #24 respectively.

Spurs are obviously going to have a handful against Lebron. However, I wonder if Miami can defend against the most methodological offense I've seen in years. On the Spurs side, I wonder if they can keep Duncan efficient. Some of they keys to beating Miami were low post dominance so I' believe Duncan will need to do really well especially since he's only going against Birdman and Haslem. Splitter will have to step up, too since Miami is pretty vulnerable when Lebron is benched.

I would say Spurs in 6. But there's always the Lebron factor.

^ Great post. It's too bad you don't post more often. That kind of knowledge & insight especially is always welcomed.

Oh man, I hope you're right. I hate both teams. But I'll pick the spurs over the heat.

As much as the Heat fans are bandwagon fans, I do wish Lakers fans were more energetic at home like them. Pretty cool seeing Miami fans chant to Seven Nation Army.

Is no one watching this? Great game through 3 quarters. This series can go either way depending on who wants it more.
