So George Karl and Lionel Hollins are done.  How unfortunate :(

No, what is unfortunate is that there are so many quality coaches, and we're left with a garbage one. I already know the Lakers won't fire MDA, so I stopped even trying to complain. It's the equivalent of having a someone you know addicted to meth. They're never going to change, no matter how wrong they are.

Quite a circus with all these NBA coaching changes.

Yet, we are stuck with the biggest clown of them all.

And this is why certain organizations remain where they are.  You can change the CBA all you want, punish teams like the Lakers, Heat or Thunder for having good management, but when it comes down to it bad management and ownership do more harm to a team's short and long term success than anything else (D'Antoni being the Lakers coach is example number one).

This is a stunningly stupid move by Memphis, honestly stunning.

He made it no secret he wasn't happy about the Rudy Gay trade from the beginning and since then especially, he and management were never quite on that good of terms so they decided to stick it to him.

And in turn management has stuck it to themselves.

I'm very surprised this guy hasn't been hired anywhere yet. Any idea where he goes at this point?

Love for him to be a defensive assistant and post proprietor here but I doubt he goes that long without being hired.

I think the Nets ownership is too prideful to fire Kidd. They won't admit they [expletive]ed up royally by hiring a rookie coach for a team with essentially a one year window. So confident when they guaranteed a championship in 5 years, and they're going to fall flat on their face it seems.

Knicks possibly, I think they'll have no problem firing Woodson. Which is unfair, the team just sucks it ain't his fault. When he took over last season everyone loved him.

The Nets roster is bad. Just like the Lakers last season

Lopez and Deron Williams are the two young stars. They are hurt and there has been continuity between them and the new vets. They are slow at all positions. Their depth was overstated. They need to add speed to their roster and fast.
