that was disappointing...they need to seriously redesign that VCR looking travesty. Also am i the only one that prefers using the controller to navigate instead of waving my hands side to side like an idiot ?

Pretty interesting what it's trying to do. Trying to move from the bedroom to the living room. We'll just have to see how that goes.

As far as the console wars go, this conference wasn't as good PS4's conference from a gamer's perspective. Maybe they're saving the gaming content for E3. Who knows?

I hear Sony's bleeding money (Just sold the Sony Building in NY) & Microsoft hasn't made a profit yet on Xbox. I'm gonna cop it though

These things are computer tower like. Huge looking.

E3 will be the test. Puncher you going?

I'm not impressed with any of these next gen consoles.

Pretty sure they didnt show any games because the game company's wanted xbox to hold out until E3, didnt want their thunder stolen from them by the xbox announcement.

Sucked that we didnt get to see any real games other than a stupid COD game that still looks like crap compared to 360 games that are out now. It really comes down to the games for me which one to get. I love that Sony went the route of making a gaming monster, but if xbox has some great exclusive titles I still will pick that over the new PS.

All I want for Christmas is a Laker girl :D

Everything about it sounds great, just bummed about zero backward compatibility.

I think both Sony and Microsoft are shooting themselves in the foot by not making their next gen consoles backward compatible. Few people will have the money to buy a new console and new games while still supporting games for a now older console.

Pretty stupid by both parties.

That bums me out. It would totally suck for new users especially when they won't get to experience games like God of War, Gears of War, Uncharted, Halo.

The switch from power pc to x86 killed backward compatibility of any old games. They will most likely be recoded and released as live marketplace games I'm guessing
