Eric Spo is a video coordinator turned coach.

Winner? What was he before LeBron got there? Just a guy.

What about LeBrons first year? He was the guy who took all the blame.

LeBron is the reason the Heat are winners.

If Kobe was as young and durable , then we would likely still be playing.

MDA was down 3-1 to the GOAT, and what happened?

Phil had the best player on the floor.

Phil also got swept by Dallas.

Phil also lost to the Celtics.

Phil is far from perfect. So like I said, MDA at least deserves a shot with a legit training camp.

What was. MDA supposed to win with the rosters he has been given?

Phil has 11 rings.....dont try to bash him to make MDA look good.

Facts about Ohil Jax that don't include his rings isn't bashing. I appreciate Phil more than most, but he has come up short like everyone else.

Regular season is meaningless.  Denver, 2nd longest winning streak in the league, crazy record, bounced in the first round.  OKC, best record in the west, bounced in the second round.  The regular season is long, all you are really trying to do is get to the playoffs and be healthy.  Our coach dug us a hole so huge early in the season that he had to run very old players tons of minutes late into the season just to try to squeak in, and the injuries started to mount.  There is no defense for this guy, he is not a good coach, the Lakers did not have a winning record against any of the teams currently still in the playoffs, and their road record was pitiful.  This team was not good, regardless of what their 2nd half record was.  Their playoff record was 0-4 and not even competitive in a single game in the series.

Yes he has. So has MJ, so has Kobe, so has Magic, and everyone in the history of the game.

Oh I get it.

When we lost its not phil's fault, but when we win, he gets all the credit!

When we lose it's notKobe's fault.

When Bulls lost and Mj actually came back, and the Magic beat them, it wasn't Phil's or Mj's fault, because there was a built-in excuse.

NOW I get it.

This stat is just as silly as the -/+ thing they have for each player.
