What were your overall thoughts on TWC's first Laker season? How did you like the coverage, overall quality, programming, people whom they hired (analysts, hosts, etc), etc?

What would you like to see changed or added if anything?

Perfect and a major upgrade over KCAL. Though I do miss KCAL since I grew up watching it.

I don't have TWC, but with the help from outstanding people, I can watch "Backstage: Lakers" online. Just that show alone makes me like the channel.

Dave Miller, Chris McGee, and Andy Adler are 'eh.'

Don't really care about #LakeShow.

Backstage: Lakers is nice.

I really wish they could've somehow carried over Jaime Maggio from KCAL and offered her the gig that Andy Adler has.

Miss watching road games on KCAL too. Wish they would change the announcer, Bill Macdonald for someone else. I actually wanted Spero Dedes but that ship has sailed. Agree with everyone that Backstage Lakers makes it good.

I have absolutely zero clue why the Lakers never offered to bring Joel Myers back and instead brought in Billy Mac. Joel is so much better and not it's not even close. Billy Mac needs to stick to doing the pregame and postgame shows like he used to. He is not even a mediocre broadcaster. Overall I was happy with it though, impressed with all the extra programs

I loved Big Game James for analysis. He got so invested in the games it was awesome. Rambis and Horry were cool too. Didn't really care for the other guys, but they had nice insight.

Backstage Lakers is ridiculous and great!

I thought it was awesome. I love Big game James, Dave Miller, Horry, and Rambis. The commercials were cool too and I liked the presentation of everything, really cool graphics and stuff.

I like Billy Mac more than Joel Myers, but neither of them touch Spero Dedes. But Spero is in NY now....

The only thing I like about TWC is Nataly Valenzuela.

Arguably the greatest franchise ever

I liked Rambis and Worthy and Backstage Lakers. But Billy Mac and his foody calls and cash whenever Gasol hits a jumper are gonna kill me.

Impossible is nothing.

The backstage access makes the show worth it. Love seeing Rambis, Worthy, and Horry. Andy Adler needs to eat a cheeseburger...or eight. If I hear Billy Mac tell me that Kobe is the hardest worker in the league, or that Gasol...CASH! I may just vomit. He needs to expand his repetoire a bit. I miss the old KCAL days, but this is pretty sweet. Money would have been nice for pregame..if he hadn't turned bitter and allowed his hatred for the Lakers to bleed through his commentary.

Their presentation feels empty and contrived.

Far too much of the same promo over and over again, their studio is garish and has no good "feel" to it. I hate their in studio hires outside of the ex-Lakers they have on board, and overall the entire thing feels manufactured to em (if that makes sense).

Very unhappy with the entire thing, not at all what it could be.

I don't have TWC, League Pass doesn't include the channel just itself, only the game.... but from the videos I watch online it seems nice... don't like Coach Miller tho

could have been a lot better...hopefully with time it will

too many repetitive ads, and didn't care for 50% of the staff...

the fact that it was laker coverage made the negatives less noticeable, and the channel tolerable.

i am being harsh, as it was the first year, so we'll see where they take it

I find it ironic that the last season with L.O. people were complaining that having the cameras following him was a distraction to both him and the team... I would say chemistry was a bigger issue this year, but is it possible that the additional media attention/responsibilities/hype played into this season?

I heard Stu didn't like Joel that's why he's gone. Wish we could get Marv Albert on play by play.

TWC sports net not a fan, miss KCAL. The only positive is the money it brings the franchise.

I think it is good over all. Sucks that they have to cover a crappy team with a crappy coach. Just hope they will be covering a championship team soon. Backstage lakers is the best show. Always wanted to know what is going on behind the scenes. It makes you become much closer to the team. And I dont know why people hate Andy Adler so much. IMO I think she's pretty hot. She is better looking than a lot of the creatures they put out on espn.
