Wilt Chamberlain(1961-62) Age 25

50.4 PPG

25.7 RPG

2.4 APG

.506 FG%

Blocks weren't kept as a stat but people estimate he averaged about 6-8 a number of players and writers said that Wilt actually blocked more shots than Russell because Wilt would go after almost everything, while Russell would pick his spots. Wilt liked the spectacle of knocking a shot into the bleachers, while Russell would often let his man get off shots during most of the game, and then "decide" to block those same shots in the 4th quarter.

In his first NBA game, vs. the Knicks, Wilt scored 43 points, had 28 rebounds, and according to press reports, blocked 17 shots.

Referees who officiated a lot of Chamberlain's and Russell's games said that both of them probably averaged at least 6-8 blocks per game over their careers, which would put both of them ahead of the "official" all time leaders by a comfortable margin.

He is also first all time in Win Shares for his career

Allen Iverson(2000-01) Age 25 League MVP

31.1 PPG

4.6 APG

3.8 RPG

.420 FG%

.320 3P%

2.5 SPG

Won MVP this year, carried the sixers to the Finals by him self, and they lost to the Lakers

Bob McAdoo(1974-75) Age 23 League MVP

34.5 PPG

14.1 RPG

2.2 APG

1.1 SPG

2.1 BPG

.512 FG%

McAdoo was a pure shooter and the first big man to make a career of shooting from long range, Bill Russell once said about Bob McAdoo: "He's the greatest shooter of all time, period. Forget that bit about the 'greatest shooting big man."

Think of Kevin Durant, if he wanted to play PF.

Walt Frazier (1972-73)

21.1 PPG

5.9 APG

7.3 RPG

.490 FG%

Steals Weren't tracked but for the latter part of his career he averaged 2 per game, but this was all after age 30, I'd estimate he would have averaged about 3 a game, He was known as the greatest guard defender of all time, even better than Gary Payton, He made the All Defensive First Team EVERY YEAR he played in the NBA, In this season he helped the knicks win their second title in 3 years.

Rick Barry (1973-74)

25.1 PPG

6.8 RPG

6.1 APG

.456 FG%

.899 FT%

Earl Monroe (1974-75)

20.9 PPG

4.2 RPG

3.5 APG

1.4 SPG

.517 FG%

.839 FT%

Rasheed Wallace (2001-02)

GAME PLAN

Starting Lineup

Walt Frazier

Earl Monroe

Rick Barry

Bob McAdoo

Wilt Chamberlain

This lineup will run an old school philosophy, with many triangle sets

They will play hard and rough defense(Think bad boy pistons) and well slow the tempo of the game down,

They will Try to estabilish low post position for Wilt, while McAdoo will stay at the high post, Barry will stay off the ball in the corner as a shooter(creating our triangle) and Earl and Walt will Cut through from the wings. Our primary focus for this lineup is defense defense defense, and pound the ball inside but also dont be scared to kick out to barry for the wide open 3.

Sixth Man: Allen Iverson, Iverson will get starter minutes but he will come off the bench, when hes in, his objective is to score the basketball, we dont care how or what he does but all he has to do is hustle on defense, then push the rock and score.

Second Unit:

Mark Jackson

Allen Iverson

Jamal Mashburn

Rasheed Wallace

Walt Bellamy

After playing their hearts out on defense, i give m starters a break and bring in the second unit, theyre objective is to run, RUN, RUUUUUNNN

they will run you out of the building, mark jackson will run the show and it will be showtttimeeee(wheres chick when you need him)

Bellamy will Run into low post to get rebounding position, Mash and Sheed will camp at the wings for the transition 3s and Iverson will do his thing

this unit will score, a lott

MCD and Baron will come in when someone is having a bad game or when we need some scoring off the bench.
