This is a showtime offense.Run and gun with a front line of great defensive players besides nash.
It may not have magic but it has a equal or to some a better passer with Nash in his prime. Nash will control the offense and keep the tempo fast. The point is not to out score the opponents but to blow them out. Nash may not be a great defensive player so all the rest of the starters is there to help.
Lebron is easily one of the best players of all time. He's shown he can win a ring and can dominate teams. Like him or not he is a amazing player. Lebron will play to dominate. Doing everything pretty much. He can run the offense at point, can score when ever needed and will defend like no other. This year coming second in defensive player of the year he has shown he can shut players down.
Chauncy Billups is a solid defensive guard who will hit the 3's and shot mid range shots. He really the last option but the first when wide open. He's that player that if you forget to guard because you are doubling someone else you will be in trouble. Also can give guards trouble on the defensive end. Tough guy who will work all game.
James worthy is the perfect 2nd option for this. Being that he was one of the major pieces to the showtime offense he will fit in perfectly and compliment lebron when doubled.
Dwight howard is the defensive anchor. I dont care what time period it is dwight howard is an extremely amazing defensive center. There has not been many centers to this day who can put up 20/14 while receiving the DPOY award 3 consecutive times. Him, Lebron, and Worthy down low will give any team conjured up problems.
The bench is set up for 3 point shooters and quick scoring.
Carlos boozer in his prime was a beat. Coming off the bench would be no problem for him. He would bring energy and score right away.
Steve Kerr is one of the greatest 3 point shooters of all time. The year I chose him he was shooting 52% from the 3 point line. He a would compliment great with any player who is being doubled. If you leave him open from the 3 chances are he will hit that shot.
Vlade Divac fills in the defensive anchor roll when dwight it out. He can score once in a while and will give any opposing players trouble down low.
Rashard Lewis is the 6th man. The reason he is and not boozer is because he can be at more positions. He is easier to keep in the game. He can play the 3 or 4 if needed. He will bring allot of scoring in. He would usually though come in with boozer at the same time but probably stay a little longer.
Ben Gordon is a 5 minute guy. He will go in for at most 5 minutes and do what he can. He's the 10th man and will play more if Kerr is missing shots. He would most likely come in for nash at times though lebron would probably take the point positon at that time if he didn't need rest
