More like Shump is heating up...

This 3 point flurry really couldv'e been avoided if they only had grabbed the defensive rebounds.

It's like the worst kept secret in the NBA with his headband, if Jordan can shave, he can too.

Never thought I'd say this.. but Carmelo is being too unselfish right now.  it's helped to get them back in the game but now it seems Melo is trying to get everyone involved and turned it over just now trying to.

The better team won bottom line, ESPN making it seem like Knicks were just dysfunctional. The Pacers defense and size made them look like that. I wouldn't even re-sign Smith.

I will say this though, refs at key times weren't biased and called a fairly consistent game considering the NY hype. I can't say it will be the same against the Heat.

You know for a team that supposedly has more money than the Lakers, the Knicks should be more successful than they are now.

This game was actually probably Carmelo's best of the playoffs he's ever had

39 points over 50% shooting and 7 rebounds and only 4 three pointers taken.  And in the second half was actually PASSING.

The problem?  He couldn't stop Stevenson, and JR Smith was MIA AND DWDTTB.  Shumpert came on for about 5 minutes and then once the Pacers got some stops it was over.

The pacers even through the Knicks burst, the Pacers kept playing their style, kept playing like a team and didn't force things and eventually when the Knicks cooled off the Pacers remained the same and took the lead and kept it.

I was pulling for the Pacers. Happy to see them advance. I'm pulling for the Grizzlies and Pacers rest of the way. Or whoever comes out of the West. If you catch my drift.

Aaahh, Knicks, Clippers and Thunder all out  - good playoffs so far.

If Miami could get ousted that would be great - but that won't happen - so I'll take 3 out of 4.
