Golden State would've held on if it wasn't for that screaming psycho lady.

Warriors let it go because they're young and they've never been there. And they're playing a very well seasoned and perfectly coached team.

The Spurs showed what I say all the time, youth doesn't win.

As great as Curry was this game, he disappeared too often when it mattered most. Sad to say.

Spurs making that comeback without Tim Duncan clearly showing they're better off without him.

Golden State would have held on if Klay Thompson didn't foul out.  He had 19 with 5 mins left and they weren't gonna have an answer for him.

Duncan had even conceited the game and left to the back cause of the stomach flu.

What happened then?  Thompson fouls out next game, is replaced by Jefferson(who isn't sat till he blows two free throws) and it's a ball game.

Unless Thompson fouls out 3 of the next 4 games, Spurs aren't winning in 5.

Majesty - GSW may win a game or maybe two. But they seem very shaky holding on to leads.

So even if they are up by 10 with 5 mins to go, unless their "shoot 3s at will" offense is working .. they will never feel confident on defense.

Harrison Barnes with the rookie mistake of leaving his man to go and double. Ouch.

Warriors could make this series very interesting.

Spurs in 7, I also want Warriors to win, if they won this game, then Warriors in 6 but nope.

If Thompson doesn't foul out, the Warriors win. It's that simple.

The Spurs didn't have an answer till he was replaced by Jefferson.

Like I said, it's a matchup thing.

if thompson doesn't foul out, the Spurs don't win.

And there's nothing they are going to implement or do to stop those three(curry, thompson, barnes) unless Pop plays his guys 38+ a night just to keep up.

If Pop tries to do that his guys are going to suffer for it even worse.

Warriors are winning this series in 6 unless Thompson fouls out every other game from now.

Game 2 will show us if GSW will be able to fight back. If Spurs win comfortably - the series is over.

Klay Thomson is not as consistent as you think. He has  been off in the last few games. Maybe it was matchups.

We will see

Spurs got their legs back, Curry played too many minutes and the Warriors will have some fallout from this loss.

All these ifs you always bring up Majesty, but you consistently ignore the facts of a game or a team. Klay Thompson is not the lynchpin in the Warriors winning or losing this series.

You're excited because you like a fast young team and you're letting that completely blind you to the fundamentals of the playoffs.

I'm excited because I like a young fast team ...?

No I pretty much see the matchup issues that the Warriors present against the Spurs.

I'll be staying with my prediction of Warriors in 6.

If Pop has to play his guys 38 minutes a night just to stay with the Warriors they are gonna wear out and lose those "regained legs" way before the Warriors will.

It has nothing to do with them being a young exciting team.  It has to do with the fact they are a team that is a matchup nightmare for the Spurs whose only chance to win is miracle comebacks like tonight.

Case in point if Klay doesn't foul out, the Spurs don't win, it's as simple as that.

Other than that, matchup wise the Warriors still hold every advantage against the Spurs.

And from what I saw tonight, the Spurs are gonna need 4 more games like this, and 4 more slip ups by Golden state.  Don't see that happening.

What I do is the Spurs losing this in 6.  The only reason I say 6 is because I expect the Spurs to win at least one more game because they'll be "on fire" and unable to miss and the warriors main 3 will have an off game.  But that's it.   Every other game the Warriors are going to dominate them with the Spurs only chance being a late game choke job.

It's not because they are a young fast team it's because they are a matchup nightmare for the Spurs and not vice versa.

So we'll see whom is correct at the end of this series I suppose.

You say Spurs in 5, I say Warriors in 6.

Curry clearly got tired. Mark Jackson is lying when he says Curry did not lose his legs

Warriors could make this series very interesting.

It could've been, but it remains to be seen whether they can mentally recover from this plus the fact that San Antonio now has a crapload of momentum (probably almost all of it in fact).

Yeah we will, but when I'm correct it'll be excuses and the same rigmarole from you when you've been wrong every time before.

The Spurs have no matchup problems. The fact that you say the Spurs are outmatched at every position seriously made me crack up.

They sat far too long and now they have their legs back. And yes you have been taken in by a fast young team, you're young, you like that style and you've let it blind you to how the playoffs work.
