Antawn Jamison is not expected to re-sign with the Los Angeles Lakers this offseason.

Jamision will undergo wrist surgery on Tuesday for an injury sustained on March 22. Jamison played through the injury to help the already injury-depleted Lakers.

Jamison skipped his exit interview with the Lakers on Monday.

Man he must have been mad about something. Guy was saying all that stuff about no adjustments or anything. Probably really hates MDA.

Did you guys heard the interviews of him on the radio? On max and marceles? When max asked him abotu MDA, he got a huge silence.  Then yesterday people asked him about MDA and it is obvious he hates the guy.  He thank everybody on the team and even Mitch and not MDA.  Something is up. I think this is a sign that the Lakers are for sure keeping MDA.

Welcome the the nightmare lakers fans!!   The stubborn Jim Buss wants to keep MDA for two more years!!!

MDA is an offensive genius. I hope he sticks to his guns and keeps doing what he does best: Run and Gun. That's the only way to coach.

Hardly surprising. He came to LA to contend for championships, not to contend for the 7-8th seed.

Not to mention, he also got plenty of DNPs

One player is out. Who is next? I won't be surprised if a lot of the players want out because of the Lakers wanting to keep Mike D.

I appreciated his role off of the bench at times, and his effort.

Nope. Sounds interesting..

Kind of sad about this, I like Jamison. He has game and is a veteran of the sport. Didn't want him to go but oh well.

I'm not sure keeping D'antoni is good for us this summer in keeping Dwight happy either.

Though he was inconsistent and obviously his defense has always been a liability, he did play well at times. He did give us a boost off the bench and helped win some tight games. I'd say his period of limited play and DNPs soured his view of DAntoni. Don't blame him lol. Overall for the Vet Min you can't begrudge him too much especially when he took less money to play here. I was disappointed we couldn't win a championship for him and Nash but that's life. Things don't work out sometimes. I wish him the best for the future and if it's true that DAntoni is staying I don't blame him for not wanting to return.

Yeah, as said in here, this doesn't look too good for us as far as the potentiality of keeping MDA. Certainly not a good sign.

yo.

It's not only who is "out" from this year's team but who won't even consider us as a FA this summer.  With the new CBA, it seems that there is a crop of decent FAs that sign just before training camp.  The chances of us landing any of those guys appears to be pretty slim currently.  Lets see how the summer plays out.  Dwight is sounding less than committed himself now.

MDA will find a way to ruined Hill's career. He knows how to do that to players.

Antawn's a good guy, not the best defender but I wish him the best in the twilight of his career, always a class act. I wouldn't blame him for not wanting to play another year with MDA.

I think you guys are blowing this "skipping exit meeting" out of proportion, dude had surgery today, yesterday was most likely his Pre-Op appointment. That happens every surgery
