I dont know but I never felt so "not that much sad" about LA being swept out of the post season!

I dont know what it is but when I remember myself in 2011 back or 2012 when we got our asses kicked by the mavs or OKC I nearly cried frustration tears because of our championship dreams been busted open out..

but now with the 4-0 vs the spurs I feel like Im not sad.. its crazy..I mean ok i feel frustration but its not more.. I think it is because we as fans, as the community base of LA have dealt with soooo much drama through the whole 2012-13 season, that we dont take this elimination that painful as it is..

because we had so much drama going on and now I dont reeally take that elimination as a shocker!

do you agree?

I have been saying since a month in that the Lakers would squeak into the playoffs and get swept or lose in 5 in the first round.  I didn't know exactly how it would pan out as to the injuries, and I didn't think that they would be injured to the point where the Spurs basically were clowning them, but I knew even healthy what the outcome would be.  So I am not surprised at all.  They tried as hard as they could, they never had chemistry, they have a flawed roster, they have 800 assistant coaches that do nothing, they are just a lost team this season.  It was evident from the beginning.

we're not sad because we were dismantled by injuries, if we had a full roster, things would feel different

This was the worst season in Lakers history. I'm just glad this goddamn cursed season is over.

It's been known for some time so obviously we're all disappointed but a huge portion of the blow has been taken already.

Not sad.  When the Lakers lost to the Mavs, at least they could say that they lost to the eventual champs.  Losing last year to the Thunder sucked, but at least they made it out of the first round.  The end of this season is nothing more than a disappointment.  Seriously, this has to be the most pathetic and distrasous season for the Lakers.  They have had worse years, statistically, but this year was a complete joke.  From beginning to end nothing went right.  The only hope is that this quintessential season of trash forces the organization, and the people making the deciions moving forward, to stop screwing around and start making some intelligent organizational moves.

For some weird reason i haven't been that upset. I mean, with our whole back-court out, we weren't doing anything in the playoffs.

I guess, after all the disappointments this season, getting swept was just another day at the office.

If we finished with 55 wins and got swept in the first round, it would have been another story.

Only time I was mixture of livid & sad = when Kobe's wheel chair pride got the best of him & he went down.

Besides then Ive been disgusted & frustrated all season with team, coach, & most of you in here with your Magic Johnson flip flopping ways! There should have been no expectations for 1st rd with no Kobe to suit up. So its not surprising they got swept.

I think a lot of laker fans are hoping for a swept because it means the chances of the lakers firing MDA is better. Will it happen? I doubt it though.

My 'sad time' was when Kobe went down. That eliminated any chance whatsoever in my mind..

I just hope we don't stand pat this off season.. I'm calling for MDT to be let go but I doubt it will happen..

Ridding ourselves of MDT and re signing Dwight will go along way to making me feel better about the future..

manaro, I think we are all less dissapointed about this sweep because we've seen dissapointment after dissapointment all season long! I cheered my Lakers on until then end and wanted them to win, but I think a lot of us knew they were done. That is why some feel less sad.

The 4-0 sweep was like taking a sick dog and putting it down...

Yea, it was sad, but, it had to happen, and we all knew it was coming

It was sad, up there with the 2004 season (The old heroes  Karl Malone, Gary Payton, , the 2008 season (Losing to boston in the Finals) and the 2010 season where we got swept by Dallas. I would put this season right behind 2010.

I'm glad it's over.

I knew this was coming since February so I'm not sad nor frustrated. We were't a championship team.
