Tony Allen would be phenomenal he is not going to decline in the next couple seasons and that's all we need him for as we look to bounce back next season. I wonder if Kobe will push for him he very well might.

Not a fan of players that force you to play 4 on 5 for any stretch

4 on 5 is looking at our situation half-full.

A) how does not liking players that do nothing offensively translate to not liking a team

Just from a logical standpoint, that logic is well, stupid, nonsensical, and well illogical

B ) refer to A, remember it, and learn why your statement was stupid

Andre Iguodala has until the end of the month to decide if he wants to collect a guaranteed salary of $16.15 million next season or opt to join the 2013 class of free agents. The firing of George Karl on Thursday was a major jolt around the NBA on Thursday. Will it have any impact on Iguodala's decision?

“Good question. Need some time to let it sink in," Iguodala told NBA.com's David Alridge

Iguodala has said he wants to play for a team that can contend for a title. While Karl was a successful regular season head coach, he could only get the Nuggets out of the first round once. Should the Nuggets hire a head coach that he likes, Iguodala will likely stay with the Nuggets.

Iguodala will likely only exercise his ETO (early termination option) if he and his agent have a good idea that a multi-year deal is coming in July or if the Nuggets are willing to sign him to an extension.

What do you think? Perhaps a Gasol for Iggy could be worked out?

We can't get Iggy in a sign and trade with Gasol because we're over the cap.

He like Chris Paul would have to come here on his own accord for the mMLE.

I know, but if Iggy opts in he can be traded for Gasol straight up.

I think Denver would do this trade, actually. They really have no scoring options in their frontcourt and could really use a veteran like Gasol. They also have a handfull of wings that can replace Iggy, who could walk this off-season for nothing.

For LA, i think it's a no-brainer! With Iggy we'd get a wing defender at the level of Tony Allen, but with offensive skills as well and we'd even be able to play a more D'antoni-esque type of basketball. It would also be the type of signing, that Dwight would like...

I doubt they would do it, after what they said about bringing Andre to Denver for a reason and that they want to keep him

I think they would consider it, if the right deal presented itself or if Iggy forced the issue - which he has the leverage to do...

that and the Nuggets just changed GMs and dropped George Karl whom Iggy liked.

He may start to force some exits as they might not be headed in a direction he likes.   That first round exit didn't help.

They are waiting till 2014. Jimbo want "his" own superstar and that is LeBron. I just don't see them taking on salary, and jeopardizing that.
