We don't but we still have our mid level exception.

Mini-MLE, you mean.

Shooter or defender.

Lakers have enough shooters.

So right now it's:

PG:Nash / Blake

SG:Kobe / Meeks

SF:Metta

PF:Hill / Kelly

C:Pau / Sacre

9 players. I hope Goudelock will make the team and we find a bench player who could play SF during the summer league (Ian Hummer?) .

It would look like this:

PG:Nash / Blake / Glock

SG:Kobe / Meeks / Glock

SF:Metta / Hummer

PF:Hill / Kelly / Hummer

C:Pau / Sacre

Who are we going to use our mini mid lvl exception for? What do you guys think? A C/PF? In case Pau or Hill is out ?

Yep Lakers should get CDR he already prove he can play in the nba give him a cheap contract 1 year he will prove himself valuable. He is a competitor like Kobe and also Kobe like him when he was in preseason last year.

WATCH @5:50 CDR CAN GET TO THE BASKET LIKE ARIZA SLASHER

As part of the rebuilding process, I think it would be a good idea to trade Nash at some point before the deadline 2014.

I don't know what we'll have in return but we will save 9,7M in 2014 and we could see if Glock is able to run the offense as a PG on a regular basis (assuming he's back).

I wouldn't count the Lakers out of some big moves this weekend/week. Plan B has probably been in place and tweaked since the beginning of the season. I don't believe the team is placing all of its eggs in 2014's basket. How many unrestricted free agents will be available in 2014? 2015 is more appealing.

I believe Mitch is going to make the team appealing for 2014 free agents.

Since it has become obvious that we are stuck with D'Antoni, I hope that Mitch fills out the roster with young talent. Bring in some shooters and some athletic guys. I know there isn't much to go by, but at least make us somewhat entertaining to watch.

Carl Landry would be a good sign for us, IMO.

Dorrell Wright to the Blazers. Efff man theres like garbage left in the FA market now. I dont think the Lakers even have to try to tank, the roster is absymal as it is even after we add whatever remaining free agents

Tell me about it. I'm starting to think we may try to play with a 7-man roster. I mean, D'Antoni only uses 7 guys anyways.

Have they released the roster for this year's summer league?
