TV: TNT

Posting funny GIFs didn't work in the first game's topic, so this one will be dull and boring.

Get a win, please.

Lakers lose by 8 after trailing by 25 points early in the 3rd Q. I can't imagine this team winning in San Antonio with such a terrible, predictable and ominous perimeter offense.

Arguably the greatest franchise ever

When did the game change? I made plans with a bunch of friends to meet up and watch the game today, then when I woke up I looked and it's not until tomorrow?  I feel bamboozled.

I'll be there again in my Nash Jersey representin'. It was such a disappointment watching my team lose live. Either way, I'm staying a Laker.

if they just make a few open shots once in a while, and continue to play defense like they have been the last couple days, they'll be fine

Lakers missed every jumper in Sundays game, have to think some of those wide open shots will start to fall. I expect the Lakers to come out early and try and dominate the low post with Howard and Gasol. If we can just hit those open shots tonight I like our chances. LA-102 SA-97

I think you are talking more wishful thinking than reality   The numbers just dont back it up.

The Spurs shot something like 35% for the game and Parker was just dreadful, but they still won by 12.  That's an almost 50% shooting team making just 35%.  Odds are they will get better in the next game.  However, the odds of us making our open shots are unfortunately, lower than the odds that the Spurs shooters will make theirs.  The Lakers shot their season average in the game (41%), not likely it will get better in the POs against a good defensive team and our best offensive player hurt.

But, you never know I guess.  Maybe Jodie Meeks goes for 40 tonight on 12/13 from long range.
