what did PJ do for Luke?

Played him meaningful mins eventhough the fans couldnt stand his gm. PJ did the same for Slava as well = without the mins they cant produce

The fans couldn't stand his game?

Right.... that's why they always chanted Luke when he shot, that's why they always cheered when he entered games, that's why they were behind him when he was having one of his best years in a while(the year we lost 4-3 to Phoenix that Luke got injured during the season)

Luke became the end of jokes during the end of his injury ridden career.

Remember how Kobe and Pau they said were the first two Laker players to have double digit assists in a game together in a while?

Know who the two players were before Kobe and Pau did it?

Kobe and Luke.

You know exactly why they chanted his name just like any other player who has a name that sounds similiar to boos. Plus he was PJ "adopted drug son" just as cr8z as PJ & Puke's dad

I dont care if it was Puke & Kobe b4. I know Puke can pass = thats all he can do get it out of his hands as fast as possible cuz his offensive gm & defensive gm is challenged. he is lucky to get a gig after Lakers. But whatever case you want to make Puke is not better than Ebanks sorry I will never accept that nonsense.

His offensive game was challenged AFTER injury, prior to it he almost lead the league in 3 point percentage :smh: and it dropped off after

when you shoot nothing but wideopen shots almost every attempt & you only shot 6 times per game = what do you expect?

If NAsh was ever on a team that needed him to score & shoot = do you honestly think his career #s would mirror what every1 overrates today about him? Its easier for guys that are not needed to score for a team to have success.

Right... cause that's all Jodie Meeks needs right? :smh:

if you think nearly leading the league in 3 point shooting prior to injury was only the result of wide open shots that anyone could duplicate it then you obviously are reaching for any straw you can to not admit being wrong about Luke.

Luke sucked. He was slow as hell, a VASTLY overrated passer, and couldn't hit the side of a barn.

Now what does that say about ebanks?

The worst thing about the injuries isn't that the team is more likely to lose the series, but that this is just more of a stupid excuse to keep D'Antoni around -- like the training camp BS we heard about Brown last year.

I don't want to believe that ol' Jimmy is so hell-bent on proving himself that he's too proud to admit when he's wrong.

I'm just hoping good guy Mitchell just set up D'Antoni with a vote of confidence strictly for the playoffs, and is secretly devising an evil plan to hire a real coach. B. Scott anyone? Doug Collins? I don't even know anymore.

That's cause no one you want is realistically available or affordable.
