MDA will let the whole team go to [expletive] before letting Nash play extra minutes. His blatant favoritism sickens me.

Lakers shot 41% compared to the Spurs' 37%. Difference is that the Lakers were 3-14 from three to the Spurs' 7-22 and the Lakers had 18 turnovers to the Spurs' 9.

The other player is still a 50/40 player the entire season(actually missing 50% by .007 of a percentile)

If they continue to leave Nash wide open for mid range jumpers 3s and layups I'll take it and like our chances :)

so if you are right you'll write long posts saying "i told you so", but if your wrong you'll go into hiding again

Like how we played defense today(save Jamison constantly sagging off their perimeter shooters)

And I like when our guards were hitting their shots cause the Spurs were over committing on the inside and then finally scoring inside when they defended the perimeter(although about 2 mins too late)

From what I saw, I hope that Popovich keeps defending us the way he has, because I don't expect Nash to go 5-15 very often, he seemed to start to get his legs back a little today and his shots were wide open and we can and will burn the Spurs with those opportunities.

The three that I'm most disappointed in.

Are Clark, Meeks and Jamison

Whom contributed nothing whatsoever on the offensive end or the defensive end(save Meeks for one play).

Those three or at least one of them is gonna have to come up big in this series if we are to stand a chance.

The three of them today contributed 0, they rolled a Turkey, three strikes, we're out, of game one at least.

One of those three need to step it up in game two or it won't matter.

The Spurs won't have such a cold shooting day again. Game 2 will probably be a disgusting blowout.

Arguably the greatest franchise ever

No if I'm wrong I'm wrong.  I don't let whether I'm right or wrong dictate how often I visit the site :)

Wish you'd stop fabricating stuff though, it doesn't make you look any more intelligent.

But then again I'm sure you were one of the people that were "looking for me" the day Mike Brown got fired because I slept in lol.  And I came in that day too and carried on as if nothing happened.  Why?  Because being wrong or right isn't why I come here.  It's to converse with other fans, hear their opinions, and say mine.  No one's right all the time.  I can deal with that, it doesn't stop me from coming here and the most the could do to me is post "You were wrong hahaha" oooh scary    get real :)

That's what I'm thinking also. I have a feeling that the Lakers will actually start making their shots, but won't defend, and the Spurs will shoot lights out at the same time.

Odds are Nash will shoot better next game but so will the Spurs.  I expect this to be a short series.  Hope I'm wrong bit this game gives me no encouragement really.

The Spurs did shoot pretty well though? When they were open, most of the time they knocked them down. We played D guys but we couldn't shoot anything. When we were open we missed. Spurs open = scored. Simple explanation.

Really, I just hope we don't get swept.

That's how low my expectations are.
