I'm done. I was holding it in,all emotions, until now. I'm crying like a little baby and I'm not ashamed of it. He didn't deserve this.

His words speak to my soul! And I just did the same thing over here my friend. I'm not even as disappointed about the season as I am the way Kobe went out. He definitely deserved better.

I hope not. but its not looking good. I dont think anything can be assumed till MRI results. I'm praying its a partial tear and not a full detachment. If it is a full blown tendon he's done for good. Aside from Greek mythology, the saying "the Achilles heel"  doesn't exist for no reason.

But from what doctors have said and what was said on the floor about Kobe asking the warriors player if he kicked him from behind. And Kobe hearing the pop. Its likely its a full tear. Thats the exact description of a blown Achilles tendon. Which is basically the operating system for the ankle.

In that situation I only see a comeback game at Staples to go out on his own accord. The stress of a entire seasons grind isnt a probability his tendon could with stand.

Well, I don't know about you guys, but I'm still waiting for the MRI results. Just wait, we do have hope. God always protects his prophets.

For a guy who never got an education past high school or even for one who did for that matter, Kobe's intelligence is downright through the roof extremely impressive.

yo.

Let's be honest, 95% of NBA players who go to college don't advance their intellect while they're there.

While the Lakers might have taken a hit on the court, at least they'll have a coach who knows what he's doing now.

No doubt that if Kobe didn't go to the NBA, he would have done very well in a path with higher education. Higher education isn't just book knowledge, it's also life knowledge. With Kobe's work ethic and the lessons he's learned, he's just as good or better than a PhD.
