The Detroit game tomorrow would be the easiest but after that we have 4 days off until we play the Warriors again. Don't want Kobe running around against Barnes, Thompson and Curry and Iguodala always plays Kobe tough so that game would probably be the hardest.

But all signs point to Kobe returning against the Warriors to me.

I'm sure that's the way he planned it.

I hope that's how it ends up being. It would be a perfect chapter within his illustrious career.

Give Kobe another week or so.

Let's win the detroit game and then we have 4 days off which is a perfect time to see where he's at.   No need to rush him now.

Kobe already getting players in better spots on the floor(you know.. what was Gasol's job...)

Bryant played alongside Steve Blake, Meeks, Wesley Johnson and Gasol in some drills, according to Meeks, and Bryant was doing everything from cutting side-to-side, shooting and running.

“He looked good doing it,” said Meeks. “He was making shots. He’s so intelligent that he helps guys get in the right spots and makes the game a lot easier not only for myself but for the whole team. He’s been in the league for almost 20 years, he knows it all inside and out.”

Perhaps more than anything else, Bryant filled the void he’s filled for several years as the leader of the team, asserting himself from the outset of practice.

“He’s the alpha dog,” Meeks explained. “He tells everybody where to go, gets everyone in the right spots and gives everyone confidence that our leader is coming back soon.”

How soon?

Imagine the games we would have won. I imagine we would be well above .500 if we had Kobe to help us fricking close out those damn close games.

Kobe Looks “Sharp and Explosive” In First Practice

“Surprisingly good,” one person who saw Bryant practice said of his first day back on the court. “Sharp and explosive, relatively speaking.”

Do you think Kobe would target a game that's at home and available on national television like ESPN, TNT, ABC for his fans?

Or it doesn't matter to him?

Great news. I assume 2 more weeks of practicing and then he's ready to drop 50 points this year.

he could care less what happens in this world. He wants to come back as he was before and get a W.

Sounds fair! I think he'd at least target a home game though.

Couldn't care less. Couldn't not could.

If I hear someone using that phrase incorrectly one more time I might shoot myself

*you're

Most common mistake on this forum along with they're, their, and there. It's a little alarming just how often it occurs.

My favorite is "I could care less."

It was a 5 on 0 drill. Non contact. Still could be months. While it's a good step it doesn't mean he will return in the coming 7 day...lol. Let it be what it is with out hype and expectations.
