Industry standard is a year out for achilles injury.  Most players that have logged the miles Kobe has don't come back from this. Possible he considers retirement if truly torn.

 

I am in a state of complete shock and disarray.

MDA ruined Kobe. Absolutely astounding. Possible that Kobe won't even be able to play next year.

That was a wonderful win, closing it out with our leader in the back.

He can rest against the Spurs I feel.


He can rest against the spurs? Dude is done for the season and probably will be "resting" the first few times they play the Spurs next season as well.
