Wow. That's unexpected.

So their SG/SF rotation is..Manu, Kawhi Leonard and Manu Ginobli. Kobe is probably licking his chops right now

I'd love to have Jackson off the bench next year as Kobe's backup.

Uhhh its still a possibility. If we get up to the 7th seed and they're in 2nd seed, we get them 1st round. Its not impossible

Knicks waived Kurt Thomas too. Takes hard fouls, solid defender (holds his position well), and is still absolute money with the mid-range shot (probably even more than Pau).

Nah hes ineligible for the playoffs.

So Stephen Jackson is cut and Boris Diaw is out 3-4 weeks after having back surgery. Their depth taking a hit now

http://www.slamonlin...r-back-surgery/

So their rotation will probably be

C Duncan/Blair
PF Splitter/Bonner
SF Leonard/Ginobili
SG Green/Ginobili
PG Parker/Gary Neal

That doesn't look scary at all in a 7 game series. Now Im seriously hoping for a 2/7 1st round matchup with them.

Dumb for both sides. Stephen Jackson should know his role more than anyone else since he's one of the tenured guys. Spurs should have worked things out in any way possible because they need him off the bench.

Surprising. Even though he would be a good bench player for the Lakers he is too old. We have to get younger next season.
