Not irrelevant. Shows you clowns are a bunch of hating [expletive]s who don't deserve to be fans of this great franchise.

The Spurs offense is probably the most smooth and sophisticated in the league, if Will Barton and Pavlovic can shred the Lakers defense like tonight I can't imagine what Tony and Pau would do

Won't even be possible if we're unable to face them. Not just about getting in for us, but as of right now, Spurs are getting their asses kicked by Denver. Bout' to be tied with OKC in the loss column.

Lets see. We need to beat the Spurs to make the playoffs and Spurs need to beat us to get 1 seed.

This matchup aint happening.

Didn't the Blazers from 48 on San Antonio in the 4th quarter in san antonio?

The blazers are one of the biggest highs lowest lows teams in the NBA imo.

It doesn't really matter if we can beat them in a series because the Lakers will need to beat the Spurs in order to make the playoffs, which will likely clinch the Thunder the top seed.

I also agree, but SAS will finish as the 2nd team in the West, so forget about them.

We're done with the personal attacks, I assume...because if it continues, suspensions will be handed out, and if they are given by me, I'll make them last until the playoffs are over with.

He's drunk.

But I will say this, the Lakers match up well for San Antonio.

Both play half court post up basketball,  Split.

San Antonio is less physical down low, advantage Lakers

Both have tremendous guards.  Split.

But San Antonio does have a better defensive guard Kawhi Leonard, and the Lakers have no one to match up against Parker, advantage San Antonio.

The Spurs have a coach who can adapt and make adjustments and is arguably the best coach in the NBA.  Advantage Spurs.

Spurs will have home court advantage.  Advantage Spurs.

Spurs in 5 games.

We have no one to guard Parker, Okay they have no one to guard Kobe or Howard. Try again. Spurs wouldn't win in 5.

OK,   Spurs in 6 then.

They are a well-oiled machine, and have been consistently good all season, great on defense, great in the half court, have home court advanatage, and if coaches are a measure of the greatness of a team, then Spurs have a huge advantage in most of the measuring sticks.

No...they have no one to shut down Kobe and Howard, but not very many teams do.

Tim Duncan and Kawhi Leonard are among the top five duos you would want if you were playing Kobe/Howard, though.

Noah/Deng

Duncan/Leonard

Gasol/Allen

Garnett/Bradley

Hibbert/George

In no particular order, and speaking only on the defensive end (otherwise, Bosh and LeBron/Wade qualify).

-------

We actually don't have anyone to stop, or slow down, Tony Parker...and that will be an issue.

I believe the same even if they had their big 3 healthy. Kobe vs Duncan in playoff mathcups leads 4 series - 2 series. But unfortunately we might not get lucky enough to draw Spurs. Its looking like OKC.

Parker is a bad mann, and with no one to keep up with him I think he would run the spurs offense pretty nice against us and run right past us as well.
