He owns what like 1/10th of a percent. Also he isnt gonna be negotiating deals or anything like that he is just putting his name on an already established agency to attract the players that are associated with him.

He wants to represent athletes as an agent now. He just got Robinson Cano to his agency and if he wants to do it with NBA players, he can't own a share of an NBA team.
Gonna be interesting when he does this and more players are "ironically" signing with the Nets in the future.
