Jay Mohr on Jay Mohr sports this morning said the ref will be helping the Lakers get into the playoffs because the NBA needs the lakers to be in the playoffs. If you don't believe me, listen to the first hour of Jay Mohr when he talks about the lakers today. Go to foxsportsradio and listen to his podcast. He even told us to watch the next five games and count how many foul falls for the lakers.  As much as I like Jay Mohr and love his shows and mohr stories podcast, i have to disagree with him.

MDA is an offensive genius. I hope he sticks to his guns and keeps doing what he does best: Run and Gun. That's the only way to coach.

That guy doesn't know feces and he's hardly even funny these days. Been rather irrelevant for a while now, past his prime.

S.S.D.D.

We win a title and people say we had "help". We're struggling to make the 8th seed and we'll have "help" to get in. oh-k.

It's pretty funny how stupid some people can be. It's their first excuse because it's the easiest one to come up with even though it doesn't make any sense.

No that's what irrational fans do.

Calm yourself down and realize not everyone cares if the Lakers succeed.  Enjoy the criticism and the people who go against you, it makes you stronger.  Blowing up or freaking out over every Lakers sentiment just makes you and the rest of the Laker fans that associate with you look childish and insecure.

I hope you not talking to me because I couldn't care less if there are laker haters out there. In fact, I wish there are more laker haters. Most of them are clipper fans so I know how to spot them.  I still like Jay Mohr and still listen to his radio show.  I just don't agree with him on this one.  He is a Jersey/New York guy. He is a knicks fan so I take his take on the Lakers with a gain of salt

Not talking to you personally at all, just to everyone that feels a need to rant and rave about anything anti-Laker that's said.

It does get old and cheapens every Laker fan in the long run.

I totally agree with your take on Jay Mohr and his opinions.

In all reality .. It does make " some " sense, this league is here to make money.. That is all. Lakers = Money so I can see how a conspiracy is amongst us.

Like I said b4. When Stern wants his minion refs to cheat for teams those teams Win gms easily. They dont go up by 15 & lose leads & lose gms like Lakers do routinely! They dont get down 10+ after a 1st qrt & stay behind the entire gm!

So no matter what any of these Laker haters/Kobe haters assume = Lakers would not be an 9th seed currently if Stern would cheat for them. The exact opposite is occuring & Kobe & D12 still continue to be fouled routinely every game & it goes uncalled 3-5 times per gm. When Lakers dont make the playoffs the excuse will be $100 mill payroll & selfish kobe couldnt even get into the playoffs. the talk about stern cheating in favor of them will go out the window.

The Lakers make as much news when they suck, if not more than when they win.

No doubt the playoffs benefit when the Lakers are in viewership wise, but they won't be there long if at all and I doubt anyone is going to go out of their way to get them in.

News is news. And the disaster that is this season will be even bigger news if we miss the playoffs.

The NBA wants to be in the news more than anything. And a Laker collapse such as this is more news worthy than us losing in the first round.
