and its funny cause soon as he starts turning the ball over like he always does "Laker Fans" are going to start yelling to bench him.

smh.

didn't Manny Ramirez play with a Mencius tear too. I heard those injuries aren't that bad to deal with

but anyways if he doesn't take 13 shots, its a good "pick me up"

You are right. MWP is just like Manny Ramirez. Not good anymore and needs to retire.  Atleast Manny realized it.   And don't worry, MWP will take 13 or more shots and probably make 2 of them. He will also delight us with his awesome moves from Queens Bridge that causes the other team to have an easy tansition offense.  I can't wait!

MDA is an offensive genius. I hope he sticks to his guns and keeps doing what he does best: Run and Gun. That's the only way to coach.

Let's see, with Ron in the lineup against the Clippers, we have lost by 10, 4 and 24.  Without him we lost by 14.  Seems that his presence may not be the determining factor.  Perhaps giving up 100+/ game is?

you guys are acting as if this is good news. smfh. same scenarios will play out in upcoming gms. it will be very difficult for Lakers to get a W no matter who plays. all MWP will do is try to do too much to help if not injure himself again.

MWP has never shown intelligent shot selection on the Lakers. It's nice to extend our rotation, but I wish he would become a bench player.

SMH for a fan being an idiot.   Its not that we don't support "our own". It is the title of this thread. It is so misleading.  If he just put  Breaking news, MWP will return sooner than later then its fine.  But he put a HUGE SHOT IN THE ARM in the title?  and heees baaccck!  Talk about raising the hopes up for an already saddened fan base who is fustrated with the play as of late.

Aside from the obvious, who tries harder than Metta?

What gets us against the Clippers is second chance points.

Anyway, Metta being back means Kobe can hopefully get some rest, I just WISH we'd put him in the post.

But when Pau's in he has to become "floor spacer" which is why a majority of his shots are threes.

When he's in the post and fighting for rebounds things flow so much better.

Ron has never been a 3 point specialist his entire career he nearly always did his damage from the post and mid range. Sticking him as main floor spacer handcuffs what offense he's best at for something he's never been.

A torn meniscus is no big deal.

My Dad, at 67 recently had one and he was fine and walking within two days.

With a guy like Metta, in perfect shape and world class training facilities and crew around him, this is no surprise.

i'm afraid that doesn't mean much when we are not even guaranteed a playoff birth with him being in the lineup for most of the season.

we've  really missed Hill this year
