^ Yeah, would've loved to have seen Joey try dancing that one off.

Maybe this was subliminal payback on the part of Sanders for all the many recent ejections the refs have been giving him lately.

Milwaukee's Larry Sanders suspended for five games for violating the NBA's Anti-Drug program, league says.

Larry Sanders statement: “I apologize to the entire Bucks organization and our fans for being suspended five games for using marijuana..."

Kid can't stay on the court be it personal reasons or otherwise. He keeps doing this he'll be another wasted talent but he got his money already lol

He went on to add, "As far as i know, I'm the only guy in the league doing it."

Praying for 1. Kobe's Health (looks pretty good so far), 2. High Draft Pick (Randle...injured game #1.*sigh*) 3. Miracle Trade (Not yet), 4. Quality Free Agent (Boozer, kind of, Davis, nice upside!), 5. Brilliant Coaching Hire (Byron!...but the jury is out)

Would it violate the anti-drug policy if the whole Nuggets team smoked weed?

Yep. Just because something is legal doesn't mean a private organization cant ban its use from the people apart of it. Simple example deer antler spray, you could easily order that and is completely legal. However, its use is banned in the NFL.

I think for a really long time weed was exempt from the nba drug testing. I'm surprised to learn that it isn't. And how more players then don't get caught/suspended is beyond me.

I still think we should see if we could get him. 12-13 Larry Sanders would be the perfect complement to Kevin Love and 11M/yr isn't too bad for an elite rim protector.

Of course there's a risk, but i think if he played with an organisation like the Lakers that it could be managed.

Still want him

He lives in Milwuakee too. There's nothing else to do over there, but sit in his house and smoke weed.

Check out play no. 8. at around 0.44m. First he neutralizes both Peck and Love and then he sprints up the court unlike any center i've seen in a while. He may be a bonehead, but he sure can play defense.

What in Larry Sanders mentality makes you think that he'd ever contribute in those ways and not cause problems here?

If Larry Sanders was named Andrew Bynum there'd be a 500 page thread about how bad of an [expletive] up he was and how he needs to stay as far away from Los Angeles as possible.

His issues + his contract = not worth it.
