1. Steve Blake is good for bench PG.

I don't get why sometime Steve Blake and Steve Nash in the same court.

Steve Blake can hit some 3's, but his 3's are inconsistent.

Don't put Steve Blake as shooter.

2. When Antawn Jamison is hot don't just substitute him with Pau Gasol or Earl Clark.

Just let him play full time.

3. When Jodie Meeks does fast break, he can't finish fastbreak.. tell him just pass the ball to Steve Nash.

4. Use Pau in the Post Ups.

5. Use more Kobe Bryant pass to Steve Nash and Steve Nash 3 point shot when double team comes.

So I think our 3 point shooter should be Steve Nash, Antawn Jamison, Jodie Meeks, Kobe Bryant.

Steve Blake is only good for when he's less shooting the 3's.

It's Pau fault and we are an old team that doesn't give effort every night

4. Use Pau in the Post Ups.

But he's shooting his worst percentage from there.

I feel like a lot of what you've described are offensive problems that are definitely evident, but won't be fixed without a system or coaching change.

You are partly right they are "Loosing" the ball too much I know you meant losing but they are "the Bakers" dozens of turnovers!

When every starter except one and the key guy off the bench is well over 30, and when the one starter under 30 has just had major back surgery ... why are injuries a surprise?  In hindsight, this was a bad idea by the FO.  They played a dangerous game and lost, then hired the wrong coach to make the result even worse than it was.

Except for Kobe's heroics, this team would be well under .500.

I don't think this is a co-incidence.
We lose Dwight vs the Suns. We lose that game.
We lose Nash during the Bucks game and we lose.
Kobe and Pau returns , we change our style if play and we lose.

Injuries have us as a team lacking continuity.

The Lakers are losing because they're not very good.

I think the shorter list would be what DOESN'T make us lose?

1.) Kobe

2.) Repeat step one

They are a collection of good players that don't play well together.  The defense is a abomination.  Kobe takes it upon himself to win games on his own, and can't.  The coach is a buffoon that shouldn't have an NBA related job.  They are old.  They have tons of injuries (see they are old portion).  Just didn't work out, but it was a good plan, on paper at least.
