1990         0  * Around this time HOF players become projective because players like

2004         1
2005         2  *Stopped at 2005 because many players after are to speculative to be decided on.
                       For example: 06 Rondo,  07 Durant, 08 Rose, 09 Griffin, 10 Wall.
Except maybe Durant who could be a lock already, the rest have had great careers so far

but if a career ending injury were to happen today, theyre not HOF yet. But those were the

best bets from those drafts. After that it gets thin. They need time to develop a career.

Per Decade
50's:         23
60's:         23
70's:         20
80's:         20
90's:         17
½ of 00s:  10

Pretty consistent actually when you average it all out.

you made it look like Ray, kobe (96) and kidd (94) were drafted in 91....... At least thats how it looks on my phone......had to look at at a second time to figure it out.

oh I see. naw I just mean the 90's in general. shaq was 92 and still not HOF. so it applied to the entire decade.

thats what I thought. I wondered if there was a quota. but everyone thats in, should be in. So the Draft just generates a consistant amount of HOFers every year/decade.
