Alittle to late for the rant, right or wrong. First he's all like they need to get into what I'm selling, then it's Nash is hurt, then it's we need all our guys to be healthy, then it's ball movement, then it's.....(shhhhhh) defense and he finally rants about whats been the issue for a few seasons now.... We won't go into his 7-9 man rotation or the fact that he allows all players not named Dwight to hoist up shots all game long and then say, " we just missed some open looks.... C'mon "coach", lets face it, your not winning a damn ring with your style of coaching...

He is right in a since... One on one won't get you far, but he wasn't complaining when Kobe willed them to when a few games by himself now was he? Kobe tries again last night and misses, now he wants to rant... Sit down! (In my Phil Jackson voice)

I'm have never been a fan of this dude, but he does have a point. When your up 16 points, you need to go for the kill, not ease up and pull an Al Bundy

Kinda surprised a lot of people here are criticizing D'Antoni for this lol. Weren't you guys saying some of the same things last night during the game? I know I was. Even in the first quarter, when we were playing pretty well, I was yelling at Kobe on my tv "for the love of god please contest ONE jump shot!" And not just Kobe, everyone was just staring at them while they put up wide open threes.

It's just effort, it has been that way for a while and it's about time he called them out for it. They had three days off, at home, Kobe and Pau back, up like 18 points or something to the WIZARDS, and they blew it. Same reason they haven't beat Phoenix this year, same reason they were down 20 (TWICE!) to the Bobcats. This season has been like a slap in the face to all the fans.

This is all just a product of what some of you have been saying for a while now and its evident night in and night out. This team has no identity. The entire roster from the players to the coach are learning on the fly. This [expletive] sucks

D'Antoni is definitely right haha we got way too content with the lead. However, this has happened ever since he's been at the helm of the team so you gotta wonder if he's actually doing anything to correct it other than just getting pissed off.

Guys stop acting like we never gave up leads with Phil Jax as coach. This team has a serious mental problem in keeping huge leads. It's been like this since 08.

 

The reason why we're feeling these losses even more is due to the fact that we need every win. But this has been happening since forever.

He's still a terrible coach though, for myriad reasons. Hopefully 12 more games and change(If we make the PO) and he'll be gone.
