If we somehow land Dwight Howard AND Nash (which is one of the biggest reaches I've posted, don't think that will happen), then yeah...I have no problem with it, because Howard won't allow anyone to take Nash off the dribble 30+ minutes a game.

The NBA is more political than it seems. CDR is obviously better than a lot of guys in the league. He's a proven scorer. Size and skill. But Ben Hansborough makes a team. Hilarious. He was uber successful as a starter with the Nets and Bucks. Averaged more than 18ppg. Can help any team. Play him like a scorer off the bench like JR Smith if you don't want to start the guy. Come on NBA. Enough is enough.

I hope he makes it, hope he does something J-Lin did just because he works hard. He should just keep working hard and stay prepared, his time will come.

He works incredibly hard not just for himself, but for his daughter.

Maybe he has an attitude of Demarcus Cousin that's why we cut him, but I believe that the reason why the lakers cut him because we already signed ebanks and the lakers are having so much luxary tax
"If I can do it tomorrow I won't do it today!"

Mike Brown
No, we let him go because we'd already signed Ebanks and were deep in the luxury tax already.
We're letting Ebanks go this off-season and we may get another shot at him hopefully.
It wasn't Mike Brown's decision to cut CDR it was Mitch's and the only reasons were financial. The ONLY reason we signed Sacre was because of the health of Howard. Everyone else we let go of.
Goudelock, CDR and DJO.
We only kept the center cause of Dwight's health.
If Dwight was healthy and Ebanks wasn't smart enough to wait till after we'd signed Dwight(so he wouldn't be traded for him) then CDR would be a Laker right now.
Hopefully next year with no Ebanks he's still available.
If we somehow land Dwight Howard AND Nash (which is one of the biggest reaches I've posted, don't think that will happen), then yeah...I have no problem with it, because Howard won't allow anyone to take Nash off the dribble 30+ minutes a game.

Get him next year, dump ebanks
Ebanks and Jamison is expiring this year and even Meeks has a tem option for next season. Pick this dude up and let him give that scoring punch this bench needs when Kobe sits down. He is not one dimensional like Meeks

Keep Meeks, Jamison is gone after this year as is Ebanks.
Add him to the bench and you're fine.
Clark
Meeks
Douglas-Roberts
Hill
Those are 4 good players that we could start except Meeks cause Kobe is the 2.
If Gasol comes off the bench
Nash
Kobe
Clark/Douglas-Roberts
Metta/Hill
Howard
Blake
Meeks
Douglas-Roberts/Clark
Hill/Metta
Gasol
Nice lineup.
