^ Totally. Long time ago. They just look the other way and with not enough pressure from anybody, they get away with it unfortunately.

If i'm not mistaken, the rule is that players are only fined if the flop results in a foul. Since a foul wasn't called for this specific flop, no penalty is handed out.

Better than nothing. Also, there's a Tyreke Evans flop in that link as well with video. He was warned too, same game.
