He slid underneath Kobe. When he was trying to win the game. It's so obvious when you really look at it. It was very sneaky dirty play, but a dirty play nonetheless. Plus he's done it to Kobe before, what more proof do you need?

He needs a direct confession.

Dahntay @dahntay1

Leg kick that makes contact with a defensive player is an offense foul. Period. The nba changed that rule 2 yrs ago. Stop it!

That dirty rat of a player replied back with this:

Tape doesn't lie. Ankle was turned on the floor after the leg kick out that knocked him off balance. I would never try to hurt the man

[expletive] him. That was intentional and he knows it.

Playing with the Thuggets got him used to playing dirty ball. [expletive] him. He's gonna pay for that sometime and it's gonna be great. Kobe will own his ass like he always has.

Kobe's gonna dunk on him and then Metta is going to accidentally elbow him while he is down

Like I said Kobe's already talking about revenge next year and walking on his ankle.

He'll be fine. This is Kobe!!

Even if he rests on Friday which he needs we'll be strong for the next games. Resting till the warriors game can do wonders as Kobe's needed a small rest for a while, he'll come back when Pau does and Dwight and Nash have some games to get "initiative" training :)

Watch the way you talk to me.  Don't need your smart ass comments here on this board.

If you can't see that it was dirty, then that's fine. But it was. No doubt about it.  You'll be in the minority with this one.  It's the same type of play that Jalen Rose did years ago and its the same thing that Bowen did plenty of times over his career.

End of discussion.

I dont expect to be in the majority.  It's an unpopular view.  That makes it no less valid.  I have watched the video over and over.  The foul should have been called but often is not in the closing seconds of a game.  Shoot I have heard Kobe say that you can get away with alot of junk late in the game and refs wont call it.  It was a foul, not convinced at al that it was "dirty".

And what is "smartass" about suggesting that you are being less than objective?  You can disagree, fine.  But dont subtley threaten me with your mod status just because you dont like someone saying that you are viewing it through a hometown lens.

Nothing pisses me off more than a dirty player especially when it causes injury.

Ok sorry guys I'm just thinking of all the negative outcomes.

I pray he plays on fri, tape the crap out of that foot.

He needs to take a few games off. They are losing on Friday with or without him. He can use the rest.

Ya but there's no guaranteeing we can win our three games before that game without Kobe. I hope he's just out Friday and hope your right about him walking on it already.

Not the back to back monday at Phoenix though. Hell we may not even win with him as sad as that sounds. If we were already a lock for the playoffs this wouldn't be a big deal. This cannot come at a worst time. Trying to hold off Utah who has the tiebreaker over us while trying to catch Houston and Golden State. [expletive].

Better yet, I just got back from the Hawks board.  Their fans are watching the same tape and have come to a completely different conclusion.  Imagine that ....
