I like this. He's relaxed and intense at the same time. Not one spectrum or the other

Last 4 games, @DwightHoward's averages: 24.8 ppg, 16.3 rpg, 4.0 bpg, and 2.0 spg. Related: LAL 4-0, suddenly feelin' pretty good.

hahaha not very original, but funny. I like it. Nice to see Dwight not give a damn for a change.

Dave McMenamin @mcten
A fan heckles Dwight, points to Kobe and says, "You can't win without him!" DH shrugs, gives a "duh" face and says "That's true"
If we somehow land Dwight Howard AND Nash (which is one of the biggest reaches I've posted, don't think that will happen), then yeah...I have no problem with it, because Howard won't allow anyone to take Nash off the dribble 30+ minutes a game.

Fan in baseball cap. "You'll never win a Championship!"
Dwight Howard smiling intensely replies "I'm getting mine!" And walks up the tunnel nodding "I'm gettin mine!"

Reading a lot of Orlando fans comments on different boards, they are calling Dwight classless for his banter with the fan.
I mean are people stupid? Are they going to pretend that the fan was being nice with his comments and Dwight was the only one out of line with his response? That's what I hate about some fans. They go to games and feel because they paid that they can say what they want, but as soon as an athlete responds, they get their feelings hurt and cry about it.
Not going to lie, I had this happen to me at a Dodgers/Giants game. I was behind the Giants dugout and I let Barry Bonds have it in the on deck circle. I was yelling out stuff about steroids and he actually turned around and pointed a bat at me, like full on back to the game, staring and bat pointed at me. My response to that was "Uh oh, the roid rage is starting!" ![]()
But I knew talking trash to athletes could result in something being said back to me which I was fine with, I just wish all fans realized what could happen and not be little [expletive]es about it when they get shown up in front of people.
