You know espn is building a broadcasting place in LA. it's the LA Live thing around stapes. in a couple years espn will be broadcasting locally in LA.

I think it would be highly retarded for everyone to pick us to represent. The only thing we as fans can do, is support the Lakers the best way that we can. Of course there is going to be non-believers and detractors, but that is what makes sports best. For instance, how many people even had the Phillies winning the World Series this year? They are a team with 2 titles, 10,000+ losses, and before last night--a sad tradition. I don't think anyone outside Phila even thought they'd win it all. But you know what? They proved that they had what it took to win it all. Writers like Stephen A. Smith (if...you can call his pathetic attempt to articulate and come off as half intelligent) and Bill Simmons (the guy couldn't even write a comprehensive book report on Go, Spot, Go) survive on the idea of sensationalism. If there was nothing but Laker love it would be really annoying even to a Lakers' fan. So, it would just be better to enjoy the season and not worry about what half-assed comments or statements are coming from pundits who obviously have no concept of objective journalism.
