I'm going to see it again tommorow and then possibly again on the weekend.

That will make it 3 times seen for me, however, I am not sure I will make it on the weekend.

imdb doesnt really mean anything, its just a website that allows people to vote. no need to get in a uproar about it.

some people watch godfather and think its the most slowpaced movie made, others watch it and want to name their kids michael. different strokes.

"The Dark Knight" is still on the tip of everyone's tongue. But now, instead of folks breathlessly asking each other if they'd seen it, talk has turned to speculation over Batman's next foe. Who's it gonna be?

iVillage is reporting that the Caped Crusader may take on the Riddler in "Batman 3." According to the rumor mill, Johnny Depp might sign on to play the nefarious super-criminal. But caveat emptor—this could be just as false as the one about Crispin Glover playing the Joker.
Slashfilm notes that there are additional possibilities floating around. For instance, Phillip Seymour Hoffman may play the Penguin or Angelina Jolie could don Catwoman's skin-tight suit. Truth or fiction, fanboys around the world must be having a heart attack at the mere possibility.
Still, the "official" rumor mill is just one of the ways superfans are checking in on the next Batman flick. Many seek the scoop themselves. We've noticed impressive searches on "batman 3 rumors," "dark knight sequel casting rumors," and "batman's next villain."
That last query is very telling. People clearly want to know the answer, but we doubt even the filmmakers have decided. To that end, may we offer the studio execs this humble piece of Search-informed advice: Go with Catwoman. She's far-and-away the most popular baddie and there are already a slew of searches on possible cast members including Jessica Biel, Amy Adams, and, wait for it, Maggie Gyllenhaal. Do fans think Rachel Dawes, Bruce Wayne's one-and-only, was really the Catwoman all along?

Maddock, the general sentiment in your first paragraph has merit, but look at it from this point of view: if you saw a bunch of web sites that were frequented by a lot of people saying that Mad Dog was better than, say, something from Chateau Mouton Rothschild, you'd be RIGHT in being upset about it because seeing people be wrong systematically is unnerving. We want people to be right so we can count on them.

As for your second paragraph, I hope you're simply stating a fact and not asserting the "accompanying" value claim that whatever someone likes is good.

Anyone have any latest updates with the records broken by this movie & currently how much it's made all together & where it ranks all time?

It can't be considered the best movie of all times.
But I will say it's the best Batman movie of all time, and the best movie of the year.
But the votes are personal opinions. It's a great movie. It was a project that could fail miserably, but was way better than expected, and that makes the movie even better.

I just saw this for the second time. This movie is amazing. I mean, I LOVED it the first time. But at least now, the second time, I can understand the movie. The first time, so many things happened it was hard to understand. Now after seeing it twice, I can understand everything. Unfortunately, there were some people who REALLY REALLY stunk next to me which ruined the first half of the movie. Of course, once the real action started, I zoned out their scent. :lol:

I just saw this movie yesterday with the family and all I got to say is this movie was awesome. Probably one of the best superhero movies out there.
