You'll love it. My friend is actually a film critic who writes reviews and he said it was the best movie he's ever seen. He's extremely cynical too...im gonna check it out later on tonight, hope its as good as all the hype.

Yea my friends saw Speed Racer at Universal and said the screen is much bigger and everything was wayyyy better there. Dammit.I saw it at the IMAX theater in San Fran, it was crazy, the theater sat like 500 people and when the camera shots were from the top of the buildings it felt like you were on top on the building too. I think each IMAX theater is different, so it just depends on which one you go to.

I'm somehow in the minority, but while I really liked it, I thought it was neither the best movie of the year nor the best comic movie ever and certainly not the best film ever. And Ledger didn't blow me away. So now that you all think I'm an imbecile, really liked it and I'm looking forward to the next flick in the series. Eckhart and Caine were just awesome.
