Wow, they could actually realistically move to the 7th seed if they keep winning and if Houston can slip a little. I know Houston has a pretty favorable schedule though.

And can we get a gif of that face Kobe was making when he went iso with Deng? That was hilarious

Haha this lol.

He was mocking him or something. I saw him smiling but I didn't get it.

Funny how everyone is writing us off and said we won't make the playoffs because Gasol got injured.

Everyone calm down still 18 games left in the season and Lakers only have a 1 game lead for the 8th spot. Start celebrating once they're at least 3 games ahead. True Laker fan logic. Don't jinx!

So here is someone with logic on here, need to get to 6th for a real run, 8th ain't nothing to brag about. Was it not long ago most o yall thought it was a back to bck to back and more comin' times they are a changin'. This team is fine with a low offense opponet but faster more skilled no so much. My galss isn't half empty I'm drinkin outta da bottle now, lol.

When we were one game back people said "relax, its just one game back, we got a LOT of ground to cover" making it sound almost insurmountable.

Now we're one game up and people say "relax, its just one game up, we could lose it easily." O_O

15 pages in the game we're firmly in control of, 50 pages in the game we struggled in prior.

I think I see what kind of games some love to post in and contribute to ;). Jk

I'll be impressed if we can keep winning until next Saturday and beat the Pacers as well. It's good that we've finally reached the 8th seed, but we need to maintain it with consistent play from now on. Hopefully we see more of the team play from today against the Bulls with great defense and high P&R action instead of the horrible play from much of the games versus the Hornets and Raptors.

I want to see this kind of defensive effort against a team with some offensive firepower. Good win, but let's not forget that this is a Bulls team whose offense has been basically Derrick Rose for the last few years.

It's an improvement. The Bulls aren't a good offensive team. They are 24th in offensive efficiency and average only 93 points a game. But, holding any team to 81 points and the low FG% they had is a good performance.

Considering how awful the Lakers can be on defense, just take it.

It was a good second half for us. It was great capitalizing on our opponents losses this weekend now we have to refocus and play good basketball on the road coming up. That's what it's gonna take for us to be successful on the road- focused, well-exectued basketball with minimal turnovers. First one in Orlando is huge the next two after are gonna be tough. Lets go Lakers!
