How long can the Heat keep this up?

They're at 16 right now after the Magic choked last night. This streak could last until the end of the month when they play the Spurs. And even then who knows what Pop will be doing with his rotation.
Upcoming games:
Phi
Ind
Atl
In Phi b2b
In Mil
In Tor
In Bos b2b
In Cle
Detroit
Charlotte
In Orl (b2b)
In Chicago (Rose may be back)
In New Orleans
In San Antonio
They shouldn't lose any of those games...then again they shouldn't take 2 OT to beat the Kings or a last second layup to beat the Magic. I could see this streak going into the 20s. Aside from Indiana that's a very easy schedule.

Indiana should get them. The Pacers are the team to beat out East, aside from the Heat, and probably the biggest threat to the Heat's third-consecutive Finals appearance.

They can lose that one, BUT if they get past them then I honestly see them going on a big run until that Boston game which is a back to back.

As long as they truly want. If they're playing at the top of their game, no slip-ups, no one stops them, but the main key (surprise surprise) is LeBron, but mainly in the close game situations in the 4th. He will have to continue to want the ball and take over. Also of course, Wade & Bosh must continue to play at a ridiculous level (as they've been) as well & then you've got the casual spot-up 3s here & there from the role-players.

As long as the refs let them.

^ Refs aren't nearly as giving to the Heat as they are to OKC though. Despite what any stats or number might say, I'm absolutely convinced OKC gets the most ticky tack-touch fouls from the refs.

It'll end soon. They had a let down last night and got lucky. They'll have another letdown in no time.

True but you have to take defensive rebounding into consideration as well lol.

I said Pacers, but I should have known...it's probably going to be a team that shouldn't win, like Milwaukee or Toronto.

What's incredible is the Heat are the best team in the NBA and are ranked last in the league in rebounding.
They probably sacrifice offensive rebounds for transition defense. The Spurs have been doing this for a while.

They practically have two Kobes and a far superior Gasol right now (Bosh). Imagine Kobe having another Kobe, boy that'd be insane. Wade isn't that far off from LeBron. They've got a lot of similarities both offensively and defensively. Then they've got a crapload of 3PT shooters (some of which can't even get any PT when plenty of other teams around the league desperately could use their help). Everybody's disciplined, plays hard defense, has pride. All championship qualities.
