Yeah, D'Antoni's coaching was terrible down the stretch. Did not make a single adjustment when Meeks was getting his ass handed to him, and then inexplicably argued a call that went in his favor (and almost getting a tech for it).

Basic rule that MDA should follow :
1) If MWP is shooting <33% after the first 6 spots, he will not get the ball anymore (for the rest of the game)
6 Shots? Jeez thats a long leash. More like 3.

I don't wanna be a downer but did anyone else see Meeks go down at the end? Looked like he sprained his ankle pretty bad.

Lakers are like the Slenderman now, Utah won't dare to look behind them because they know the Lakers are right there.

I'm not sure if he was injured or cramped up. It looked kinda weird.
Let's hope it was just a cramp, can't afford any additional injuries at this point.

Yet another reason why he shouldn't of been out there. Even at 100% he couldn't stop his match up. He just ended up getting hurt for no reason.

Mike D'Antoni is GARBAGE.

Honestly, it saddens me how people can say that Kobe is overrated and I might be crazy for saying this but he is definitely underrated...
The man is in his 17th season and is averaging nearly identical numbers to the "best player in the world" (Lebron James) in his prime!!!

Meeks was getting raped out there. I felt sorry for him. D'Antoni is so wrong for that. Don't hang your players out to dry, come on bro?
As a coach, sometimes, pulling a player like that does more harm to his confidence than going for the win.
One thing you can guarantee is Meeks grew as a player tonight...and he's probably up watching tape of this game...or he'll be there bright and early to work on his D.

I'm BAAACCCKKKKK!!!

The best part about the win is the fact it was our 3rd game in 4 nights, went to OT and we had to come from behind after a huge comeback just a two days before. It may not be pretty but we are showing so much grit right now it's inspiring. Maybe we should have never been in this situation, maybe we won't get past the first round, but if this team follows Kobe's lead there is no telling how it all might play out.

D'Antoni is a disgrace. He played Jodie Meeks for 36 minutes, and he was ROASTED by every Raptor that decided to go at him...and he also shot 3-11 from the floor.
Meeks has never been a good defensive player. Ever. It doesn't matter how long he's out there, what lesson he learns, he cannot play defense. Nash has been in the league for 50 years, and he never learned how to play defense. You don't suddenly pick it up just because your dumbass coach leaves you in the game.
I seriously hate our coach.
Kobe, Dwight, and Nash were a combined 27-50 FG (54%), 87 points. Everyone else was 12-41 FG (29.3%), 31 points.
