If we somehow land Dwight Howard AND Nash (which is one of the biggest reaches I've posted, don't think that will happen), then yeah...I have no problem with it, because Howard won't allow anyone to take Nash off the dribble 30+ minutes a game.

Exactly, Morris I was told is much better than Blake.
So... Who were the people that tried to say Blake wasn't much of a difference from Duhon and Morris?

So... Who were the people that tried to say Blake wasn't much of a difference from Duhon and Morris?
I remember people saying Ramon does nothing more than Blake. So us fans we don't know what we are talking about, we are either very optimistic or very pessimistic but never realistic.
Duhon played 2 or 3 decent games off the bench when he was a Morris back-up( who should be in record books for that achievement). One was on national TV where he had 7 asisst in like 8 minutes and all the commentators went high on him. And so it went, another player who was ultra-hyped by commentators despite the fact he proved the oppposite over the years, that he is not even a 2nd string pg but a third.
Morris played ONE good shooting game and Lillard had an off night where everybody said that he is an elite defender, which was also on national tv i guess (not sure though) and which was also another example of National TV commentators ultra-hyping. Do anyone really believe that he can slow down Lillard? Some of our coaching stuff surely does. Ok, they did think that way, giving him the chance to play the starting 2 position to prove everybody wrong. He is big, he has some athletisicm but he does not know how to use it in his favor, defensively or offensively. So was Farmar quick. Does it make him a good defender against quick pgs? Exactly.
Steve on the other hand is a proven back-up point guard who developed a 3-pt range late last year and seems to be getting better attacking the rim. Yet i don't wanna be too high on him, he is having a good stretch but that maybe it. He still drives me crazy with his constant picking up of his dribble 20 feet away from the basket and getting himself trapped. Sure, nobody cuts and try to get themselves open(except Antawn and Earl) but as a pg he has to know when to pick up his dribble and when to not. I hope he proves me wrong, i really love Steve. Blake that is.
