Jordan and Shannan had big egos and wanted to prove to everyone they should be starters. I dont blame themYeah the one thing Famar and Brown brought was youth, speed and athleticism off the bench. While some of their decision making and shot selection wasnt great they gave us a contrast of pace to our older players. We just don't have that anymore.

Earl Clark will not be an All star LOL get real. Hes just an above average player for his position. Hes a slightly better version of what Ariza was for us in 2008/2009
What? Clark > 09' Ariza?
Not even close...

He could be a all star one day. Not to many 23 year olds playing as good as him and the ones who are have been featured and given a year or 2 in the pros to develop. Not too many players play alongside Dwight Howard, Kobe and Nash and get literally ignored like he does

remember, if Pau or Hill were healthy, he would not be playing...
IF sacre's roster spot was used on an actual NBA player and not a cheerleader, he would not be playing...
Clark is a good role player...
His performance, should only highlight how terrible Darrius Morris, and Duhon are...
i still think ebanks should get a shot...
metta gives nothing on both sides of the floor now... almost 40 mins, 1 point, 1 assist, 2 rebounds...

Trevor in 09 in the playoffs shot 48% from 3s you guys realize how insane that is to have a perimeter player knocking down almost half his 3 point shots? 40 for 84 in 23 games

damn, less than 3 years later, none of those other people are doing anything...Fun fact during the lakers @mavericks game which is aired by espn... pretty interesting and also sad which reveals our departed players in only 3 years.. :-(

people thought Shannon could be an All-Star.
But I'll say this. Notice the mix of youth and veteran. Kobe could talk DOWN to Sasha,Jordan,. He could give confidence to guys like Trevor and Shannon, but bottom line is on a team like that, everyone KNEW their role.
Now , recently, it seems like people are learning each other better. Dwight is what Pau used to be for us, but better defensively. Jamison is the new Lamar. Pau is our new Bynum. Meeks is the new Sasha. blake replaced farmar, and finally it makes sense. He is more aggressive now, and frankly that makes him and everyone else look better.

Not really. We just need our STARS to play healthy. Nash is healthy now and has his legs under him. Dwight is almost there. Now we either need Pau or the pieces he will bring to us. And we need Hill. Clark, metta, jamison, and Meeks are a GOOD bunch of role players. Damn good
