The Dodgers exceeded my expectations and had an offensive breakout tonight with 2 runs scored.  They should feel very satisfied heading out on this road trip...

Too harsh, but yes, they indeed barely surpassed your great initial expectations.

When is Magic gonna' speak up? He loves to talk so often about the Lakers. Hardly hear him talking about his Dodgers as much.

He can't because he doesn't know anything about baseball and would look foolish.  I'd let Stan Kasten do the talking if I were him...

Pretty concerned now.

To me, there is something wrong with the team dynamic, I just can't put my finger on it.

Lot's of issues right now.  Luckily it's still early and in our particular division, the Rockies are leading it which won't last very long.

Our lineup looks like this at the moment:

Crawford

Ellis

Out

Gonzalez

Out

AJ Ellis

Out

Out

Pitchers spot

We need guys to snap out of it, we are second to lowest runs in the league (or national league I forget which one) to the MARLINS.  That's horrible.

Yup, 2nd worst team in the league at scoring runs, only better than the pitiful Miami Marlins.

The 3rd worst team at scoring runs is the Cubs and they have 9 more runs scored than the Dodgers in 1 less game played.

Pathetic...

UGH

http://www.truebluel...ay-dodgers-road

In their last 22 interleague series on the road, the Dodgers have lost 18 of them. Even last year when the Dodgers won two of three in Seattle against the Mariners, which snapped a six-series interleague road losing streak, they were no-hit in one of the games.

Since the beginning of the 2005 season the Dodgers are just 17-49 (.258) when playing in American League parks. Only the Pirates have been worse during that span, at 11-46 (.193) on the road during interleague play.

The Dodgers' futility when using the designated hitter hasn't been exclusively Angels-related, as the Dodgers are 7-17 (.292) in Anaheim and 10-32 (.238) in other AL parks. They are 28-32 (.467) at home against the American League during that span.

The Dodgers have 10 road interleague games this season to try and improve their record in American League parks:

Apr. 19-21: at Baltimore

May 29-30: at Anaheim

June 18-19: at New York

July 22-24: at Toronto

Aaaaaaaaaaaand I'm pretty sure we can now be considered one of the worst teams in the league based on performance.

My goodness what the hell happened over the last two weeks? Ever since the Greinke injury they've gotten progressively worse.

They could have been considered one of the worst teams in the league from Opening Day...

This team sucks so bad, I'm already losing interest in watching and it's not even May...

1 hit through 5 innings. Down 4-1. Not looking pretty.

Damn, Dodgers wake up, shut me up a bit thankfully, bout' time. Dropped 4 in the 5th now actually so far. Up 5-4 now.

The Dodgers ended their 6 game losing streak, color me surprised.

Now they'll probably go right back out and lose the upcoming series to the Mets...
