Again another misleading title.
Cuban said its something they "may" consider with the tax but that if he were in the same situation he wouldn't do it, and wouldn't do it to Dirk either because of the years invested and the hit the team would take.
He didn't suggest they amnesty Kobe he said that it is something they'd have to consider tax-wise but he wouldn't even do it if he had the option so they won't either.
Its easy to tell who really reads articles.
There is nothing misleading about the title.
Majesty, you quote the "may" part and then conveniently leave out this part:
"you’ve got to ask the question: Should they amnesty Kobe"
By posing the question, the speaker (Cuban) is suggesting they (the Lakers) should think about it. The above quote clearly supports the OP's title:
Cuban Suggests Lakers Consider Using Amnesty On Kobe
You are accusing the Op of the very thing you just did- stating only part of the facts from which to draw the conclusion you wish to reach, rather than the conclusion actually supported by the facts.
I will give you that there are a fair number of inaccurate/ sensationalist titles on this board. This is an accurate one in my view.
