Noooooo! Steve Blake is out best backup point guard.

4-5 months ago, people were calling him a scrub... didn't think watching Duhon and Morris play changed people's perception of him.

Assuming we don't get anyone better in return, I'd rather keep Blake and just get rid of him in the off season. He's actually not playing too bad if you consider how low his minutes are.

Did the article mean that all 3 (Blake, Duhon and Morris) were being shopped or that any 1 of those 3 could be shopped? If we're giving up all 3 then I'd expect we'd have someone better than Blake in return (someway, somehow).

I wouldnt even make a trade. I mean yea if a team want to trade a pick for duhon, morris, or ebanks go for it but we shouldnt trade blake unless its for a decent back up pg.

That's asking a lot for Duhon and Blake.

You're assuming the Lakers decided to wait until the morning of the deadline to tell people what they were offering?

And the other guys are trash, that's why they didn't play.

u still stubborn till the end i see. guys playing currently are trash also so whats ur point?

because they have to win pretty much all their games, and having ebanks on the floor makes you not win games :)

Having the players they have been relying on in this 8man roster have been losing gms as well. Ebanks, Duhon, & Morriss could have played spot mins & potentially could have saved guys from dead legs & injuries. you have to play the talent on the roster especially when you are a losing product the 1st half of the season. its the only way to make players at end of bench have any trade value. we continue to devalue players trade value each new season & we over pay for low production players. Foolish. gotta change why not now in 1 of the worst seasons in franchise history?

wow. jordan crawford for fab melo. if jordan hill was healthy. we probly could have traded him for a jamal crawford type player in JORDAN crawford.. fab melo is so raw. and the wiz have okafor...

Kobe and Randle led Lakers lead the team to a 32-50 record. the Lakers select Myles Turner with the 5th pick.

Only trade chatter I've heard is that Lakers are trying to trade unused players, such as Devin Ebanks. Good luck
