Kings send T. Robinson, F. Garcia, T. Honeycutt to Houston for Toney Douglas, Cole Aldrich, Patrick Patterson & cash, USAT has learned.

I don't really know who wins cause Robinson may fit well with Houston.
Patrick Patterson isn't too bad though.

Way too early to give up on Robinson

Patterson is the better player right now, but you don't give up on upside when you're still in rebuilding mode like the Kings.

Definately agree.
Thomas Robinson has a nice vertical and is extremely athletic or his size. Two thinks you can't teach.

Could be to get some contracts to lineup in for huge cap room. Robinsons contract is some what back loaded and last for a long time.

My guess is this is so the group that buys the kings will be able to start from a fresh team. You may see some more moves soon.

madness
highway robbery

When i saw they rockets got Robinson, i was thinking NATE Robinson...
To get Thomas Robinson, the 5th pick in the draft, the LOADED draft...

Rockets win this... Patrick Paterson is a good player, but, Thomas Robinson has a much higher ceiling...

Robinson hasn't had a good year with the Kings though...subpar stats.

This is a disgrace!

The owners of the Kings trade a top pick in his first season (which is unheard of) just to save a few bucks before the team is sold/moved.

Also, it makes Houston a player in the Howard sweepstakes this summer as they save some extra money.
